PRIVACY POLICY FOR ALL OUR APPS ON APPLE, WINDOWS, GOOGLE AND AMAZON STORES:

 

This privacy policy governs your use of all our software applications for mobile devices that were created by Leap. This is related to the Applications which are children's education style games.

 
What information do the Applications obtain and how is this used?

 

These apps do not obtain any user information however may use adverts or in app purchases to fund further updates.

 

They may connect to the internet for adverts or in app purchases only and access to the device may be needed when saving a picture your child has created within the app to your mobile device only.

 

An UPGRADE button may be available on some of the apps. This connects to the internet to either the Google Play, Amazon or IOS App stores and then only to the page for the full version of the app or other apps made by us. It will not direct you to any other website or use and will not automatically buy the full version of an app. Before this takes place the user will have to pass a parental gateway.

This option was chosen instead of In-app purchases so that if you decide to buy the full version of an app or one of our other apps, your device security settings would still be functional and your child would not be able to buy the app by accident. The only other access to your device that the app may require is as mentioned above when saving a picture your child has created in the app to your mobile device only.

 

The apps will not record any information or geolocations from the device.

There is no registration needed to run these apps once downloaded from the App Stores.

 

We adhere to these conditions very strongly as our apps are designed for children to use unsupervised for their education.
