Our Story
Leap is a developer and publisher of mobile games based in Cheshire, England.
Our mission is very simple, make fun and educational games for all ages.
We are independent mobile game developers who don't have deadlines or publisher constraints. This allows us to set our own ambitious targets and gives us the creative flow we need to make our games.
We are a relatively new company, founded in 2015 by Paul Harthen, however Paul has been making games since the early 80's and has produced various games including a range of educational software for a company called Prisma.
Paul loves everything retro and many early computers have had a big influence on his coding and art style with machines like the Spectrum, Commodore 64 and Amiga with the demo scene playing a big part.
